2012 Audi A6 Video

The old Audi A6 was around for more than six years. Whereas that vehicle was beginning to look stale, the recently redesigned 2012 Audi A6 appears cutting edge. Along with the forwarding-thinking exterior look, there’s plenty of gee-whiz tech and new fuel-efficient powertrains. Some issues with interior space remain, and the deletion of a V-8 option might leave some shoppers wanting, Cars.com editor Mike Hanley says.

2012 Volkswagen GLI Video

Loyal Volkswagen Jetta shoppers, who felt somewhat betrayed by the latest model’s downmarket approach, might take solace in the 2012 Volkswagen GLI. The model features a more sophisticated suspension, more powerful engine and some nicer interior amenities that echo features available on the last-generation Jetta. But for $8,000 more than a regular Jetta, there are better options in the category, according to Cars.com Editor Mike Hanley.

2012 Cadillac SRX Video

The Cadillac SRX is nipping at the heels of the CTS series for best-selling Cadillac of the year. The model’s appeal comes from its good exterior looks and composed ride. There are still some issues though, including so-so brakes and some interior design gaffes, according to Cars.com Senior Editor Bill Jackson.

2013 Mazda CX-5 Video

The 2013 Mazda CX-5 will be a critical player for Mazda’s global sales, says the automaker. That’s a tall order for the compact crossover, which is replacing the poor-selling Tribute, but overall, the CUV shows a lot of promise, according to Cars.com Industry Analyst Kelsey Mays. There’s good interior space and ride quality, and Mazda’s smiley front end is thankfully absent from the model. Will it be enough to finally give Mazda a second breakout seller to accompany the Mazda3?

2012 Porsche 911 Video

It may not look like it, but the Porsche 911 is all-new for the 2012 model year. While the car maintains its timeless look for the most part, what’s changed is the 911’s interior, which really “raises the bar,” according to Cars.com editor Mike Hanley.

2013 Lincoln MKS Video

For the 2013 model year, the Lincoln MKS gets a mild refresh that includes a more robust powertrain, styling updates and new interior controls. MyLincoln Touch is new to the MKS, and the multimedia system is supposed to be more responsive, Ford says. In our testing on the show floor, the performance still didn't seem as responsive as we'd hoped, according to Cars.com Industry Analyst Kelsey Mays.

2013 Chevrolet Spark Video

At first glance, the Chevrolet Spark might seem like an odd move for GM after recently releasing its entry-level Chevy Sonic, according to Cars.com Industry Analyst Kelsey Mays. After a closer look, the differences are stark. The Spark is much smaller compared with the Sonic, and its interior isn’t as nicely appointed. The small footprint doesn’t leave much room for cargo, which means you’ll have to fold down the rear seats to move anything, and folding the seats is a surprisingly difficult thing to do.

2013 Infiniti JX Video

The 2013 Infiniti JX is a three-row crossover that’s meant to slot in between the sporty FX and the full-size QX56 SUV. There’s some interesting styling on the outside and a well-appointed interior, says Cars.com editor Mike Hanley. Unfortunately, in this seven-passenger crossover there isn’t a lot of space for passengers or cargo, Hanley says.
