$48,000 is a steep price, but you get the absolute state of the art crossover that has efficiency that puts its competitors to shame. The reviewer had no problem averaging nearly 30 mpg - unbelievable for a 280 hp heavyweight. Plus you know it will be flawless in its operation and totally reliable, with a robust 8 year warranty on its hybrid synergy drive. Forget the crappy CX9, the turgid tourareg and the disappointing pathfinder that reportedly doesn't attain its inferior mpg ratings in the real world. The Highlander Hybrid is the pick of the litter, for those who can afford it. Compared to a $63,000 Tahoe it looks like a steal.

i think this car will be Best Hybrid SUV soon.
