2014 Honda Pilot Review

Pilot-side

Although the Honda Pilot is still one of the roomiest SUVs in the segment, it hasn't quite kept up with its competition, says Cars.com reviewer Kristin Varela. Passenger and cargo room are still impressive, but the Pilot falls behind the pack in terms of driving dynamics and road noise. Thankfully an update is coming soon, Varela says.

As an owner of a 2012 ... sure, this is Honda's way. They deliver a great product, refine it some and fall behind the competition in model years 3-5.

We are very much happy with our pilot and just returned from a Yosemite road trip with varied driving of highway, mountains, etc with a modest load of passengers and stuff and achieved what I thought was an impressive 24 mpg both directions ... and I don't drive slow.

Pilot is loaded with space - that's for sure. Unless you step into (literally) an Odyssey.

We would consider another pilot ... lease is up in 2016 model year.

This is review from Zenkevich and it has same points that Kristin has http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FX7lB5rybsA
Pilot is storage. But big, slow storage.

Pilot is my favorite vehicle. I wait to see new generation of it, but it seams that it will get no changes for 2015 model year https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnS6lkVX9iY
