Subaru may have swapped the old WRX's turbo for a smaller unit, but it definitely amped up the sedan's looks for 2015. Although it lacks the concept's sloping, coupe-like roofline, the 2015 WRX wears a scooped hood, bulging front fenders and snake-like headlights for an aggressive look.

More 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show Coverage

New this year is a turbocharged 2.0-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine; it's rated at 268 horsepower. Transmissions include a six-speed manual or a continuously variable automatic transmission with eight predetermined ratios that mimic the feeling of a conventional automatic.

I was hoping for something a little more progressive like the concept. This is still very nice, though.

I guess they really can't produce the concept's funky sculptural taillights for production but what they did come up with looks so,,, pedestrian?
