Reviews the 2013 Chrysler 200


Chrysler's midsize sedan has just two things going for it: a polished interior and affordable prices, says reviewer Jennifer Geiger. However, an underpowered engine, sloppy brakes and uncompetitive cargo space majorly outweigh the few positives, Geiger says.

The last line in her article sums up almost every experience I've had with Chrysler/Dodge vehicles. Yeah, you're looking pretty much at the bottom of the barrel on this one. Ouch..


So, if having a really nice interior in a mid-size sedan available at an affordable price isn't important to you then don't consider the Chrysler 200. My daughter LOVES her 2012 and I've driven it several times - no issues with the brakes, the 4 cylinder is plenty peppy and (downsizing from her Town & Country) cargo space is adequate, even for this soccer-mom!


This car screams HELLO I HAVE BAD CREDIT almost as much as its Avenger twin. One of the last truly "bad" new cars on sale today.
