2013 BMW X1 Video

If you're OK with sacrificing some roominess, BMW's new entry-level crossover will have you wondering, "X3 who?" Cars.com reviewer Joe Bruzek says the X1 is more "large hatchback" than "small SUV," boasting nimble handling, quality cabin materials and impressive room for the driver and front passenger. Trade-offs include a narrower backseat and limited cargo space compared with the larger X3, as well as stiff ride quality and less-than-practical cupholders. Still, with this level of quality for the price, the X1 doesn't penalize buyers for being "entry level." Watch the video.
