2014 Toyota Tundra Video
There's no doubt Toyota has done much to engender the 2014 Tundra's intimidating demeanor. From the larger, more chiseled grille to the character lines that define its body, it's clear that this full-size pickup truck has been infused with a bad attitude (in a good way). Even more impressive, says PickupTrucks.com Editor Mark Williams, are extensive interior improvements that eschew some of the old Tundra's less-impressive features.

Despite all the "drama" on the surface, though, Williams says we'll have to take it on faith that the automaker intends to expand the Tundra overhaul to its structural elements. Will this first step be enough for the Tundra to compete in an increasingly heated segment? Watch the video below and decide for yourself.

The Tundra should not be about the fancy leather interior or the sheet metal that surrounds it. These are all points that Toyota thought important enough to stress yesterday in their debut. It should be about what moves us. Unfortunately I don't want to go places with 8 year-old technology while I apparently have to defend how American my Truck is because Toyota believes both are necessary.
Only those really own toyota knows better than anybody else. Toyota is the worldwide best vehicle and mostly used worldwide and mainly in Africa. I'm looking for a diesel engine Tundra and I'm hopeful toyota is working on.
I agree with Baltazar, but I still wish they upgraded the technology under the hood maybe with a 6.2L engine at least. Not the same engine as last year. I'm happy with my 02 tundra for now. Until now I'm going to have to wait for something better from Toyota Tundra team so I could buy a new Tundra.
