The 2013 Nissan Maxima is a comfortable family cruiser with plenty of power for both the city and highway, says Cars.com Family reviewer Sara Lacey. On the inside, the front seats are soft leather and have a cushion extender for additional thigh support. Sara’s school-aged kids had plenty of room in the backseat, too.

The Maxima has become overpriced and as a result good discounts can now be had. I was recently comparing the 2013 Maxima to the 2012 Acura TL and 2013 Honda Accord Touring V6 and would say both are better cars. I ended up trading my 2009 Maxima for an Accord Touring b/c I could get navigation at the same price (30k) that a 2012 TL would cost. Acura is giving great deals on the TL. I can't fault anyone for buying a '13 Maxima as it's a solid car.
