2014 Subaru Forester: Photo Gallery
At first glance, the redesigned 2014 Subaru Forester, making its debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show, might not seem to have outstanding looks, but don't be too hasty in dismissing this compact SUV.
The loaded 2.0XT model has a different front bumper, a more aggressive mesh grille, distinctive LED lights and 18-inch alloy wheels in place of the standard 17s; higher trim levels boast features like body-colored side mirrors and a rear spoiler. It's also 1.4 inches longer, 1.3 inches taller and 0.6 inches wider, with a wheelbase that’s stretched 0.9 inches. Check out the gallery below.

Aside from the LED stuff it does not look like 2014. It's like a throwback to the original Forester.
The nose job looks like a tarpon mated with a snow blower. Is this thing rolled out of Indiana or Japan? This looks like one of those front ends you see on the side of the road seemingly intack and there for no reason other than it fell off going around a corner. UTILITY, guys... snow and ice and brush... I want a damn bumper not Darth Vader's jaw guard.
When do we get a diesel engine?
It looks like the same POS as the last one....what's the press all excited about? This one does ZERO for me and my last subaru wouldn't even go up a 6% grade without hunting for gears with it's "little engine that couldn't"
