2013 Buick Verano Turbo: First Look

Today, Buick revealed the details of its Verano Turbo model, which will follow in its sibling Regal's footsteps by using a version of its turbocharged 2.0-liter engine. It makes 250 horsepower in this application, up from the Regal’s 220-hp rating.
The 2013 Verano Turbo joins a 180-hp four-cylinder engine. Six-speed manual and automatic transmissions are available. According to Buick, the Verano Turbo will do zero to 60 mph in an estimated 6.2 seconds. Distinguishing it from the regular model is a turbo badge in back, a rear deck lid spoiler and dual exhaust ports. Inside, there's aluminum sport pedals.
Buick says pricing will be announced closer to the start of production in late 2012.
