New Car Tracker: April 2012

2013_Altima

Perhaps making the biggest splash at the 2012 New York International Auto Show was the all-new 2013 Nissan Altima with its promise of 38 mpg highway in a midsize sedan for $21,500; the Altima goes on sale this July. Also coming out of the New York show is a new Chevrolet Impala, due in early 2013, and two new Hyundai Santa Fe SUVs. A five-passenger Santa Fe Sport arrives in late summer this year, and a six- or seven-passenger Santa Fe arrives early in 2013.

As always, we remind our readers that we don't list rumored models, only confirmed vehicles and time frames.

Thanks for your comment. The Focus electric was quietly launched in just a few states in December. A more complete roll out will happen during the next several months.
