Infiniti LE Concept Video

Infiniti jumps into the electric-car market with its production-intent LE concept. Based on the Leaf electric hatchback from parent-company Nissan, the LE should have an estimated 100-mile range. However, the sedan is a bit longer than Leaf and also offers a little more power.

A wireless home charging system allows you to pull the car over the charging pad in your garage and charge it via inductive energy flow; one coil is mounted in the garage's floor and the second is in the vehicle. Infiniti expects to start selling the LE within the next two years.
