You still have to wait nearly a year if you want one, but for the folks who have the patience, you'll be treated to a pretty unique exterior design for a large family sedan, not to mention great gas mileage at up to 35 mpg, according to the the automaker.

wait, so now Chevy is making the Passat?
there are some similarities in the front and rear, but this is a much more dynamic look than the passat which takes absolutely no styling risks whatsoever and is completely flat and slab sided in profile view.
Too much resemblance to Ford's vehicles. Taurus front end, new Fusion rear end). Also, Mercedes steering wheel. However, its a huge upgrade from the current Impala. Won't get any conquest owners but will sell very well.
