2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport Package: SEMA Photo Gallery

Over the past few years, Lexus has tried to be more than just a maker of reliable but bland luxury vehicles. The Lexus IS F, CT 200h and LFA try to move the brand toward that sporty and aggressive strategy. While the previous-generation Lexus GS sport sedan had some F Sport options, Lexus has decided to anoint a complete F Sport Package to its redesigned 2013 Lexus GS series. The package includes new bumpers, mesh grille, rear spoiler, diffuser and larger wheels. 

We covered the F Sport Package earlier last week, but intrepid Cars.com photographer Ian Merritt spotted the real thing at SEMA. Check out his photos below.

So will this be able to keep up with the BMW M5???

I've always thought the V series grill mesh was a little off on a Cadillac. This stuff looks like they got it from the inside of my toaster. The patterns interesting, but the look just doesn't say luxury sport to me or even match the character of the rest of the car.

The whole front end looks like it;s half an aftermarket body kit put on while waiting for the rest to be shipped. At least the interior is nice, so you can forget about the face.

I should add that at least the Caddy has the performance and handling to back up the grill. So you're paying for performance enhancements and not just cosmetics.

Tim hit the nail on the head. Lexus performance is weak and this package doesn't help that image.

The overall look of this car with the grille is still bland and doesnt say sport compared to the other luxury makes. The grille looks like some designer's napkin notes. The interior is great though...

Grille looks plastic, and Im sure it is plastic. The front end is way overdone. The rest is predictable and inoffensive. They took no design risks aside from the front end treatment. But that may be a good thing.

Audi and Lexus make some great looking cars. I wish Caddy would do the same.

I like the new GS w/ F-Sport pkg. Good to see Lexus do something daring.

I like it alot but do have to agree.. the front doesn't match the back, and I hate the orange in the back of the lights!! Kills it

audi does make some great looking car. Lexus makes reliable and inoffensive cars, Ive never heard any comparison between the two brands in terms of styling.

I really like the car minus the horrible from fascia. It looks like an attempt at making the car a ricer from the fast and furious films. A luxury car, regardless of performance, should hold itself with authority rather than screaming to look at it. Front fascia = fail. The rest is nice though!

no M5 or AMG, but the killer looks is awesome. E350 with AMG package or 535i with M package.
