2012 Hyundai Genesis Video

I was impressed by Hyundai’s upgraded engine offerings for the 2012 update of the Genesis sedan. You can read about all of them in my full review after checking out the video. Unfortunately, the changes outside the engine bay are so mild that it’s hard to tell with the naked eye.

HEY! YOU TOTALLY FORGOT THE BEST PARTS OF THE 2012, LIKE THE NEW LED HEADLIGHTS, THE TAIL LAMPS, AND THE REAR HEATED SEATS!!!! FAIL!

Don't forget the power folding mirrors.

LED headlights were already available, just not in the US market.
and why would anyone want LED headlights yet, they do not outperform HIDs. [yet]

Brake system upgrade for V6-4 piston front calipers & larger rotors.

I would take performance and efficiency upgrades over the LED lights too. Although, yes, those are the most significant exterior upgrades. For a midcycle refresh though it isn't very substantial in terms of changes...besides the engines which were impressive.

Some of our fans in Korea for project Advanced Technology and Design Korea were wondering how foreigners were taking to this guy. Great share and I posted this video on the Facebook fan page (www.facebook.com/advancedtechKOR). Drop by the blog's auto section for tons of related content and reviews if you can. Hope you'll find it fun and interesting. Have a good one and keep it up :)

Hyundai has now got something to compete directly with the likes of Toyota Avalon and the Chrysler 300 considering at the price. But looking at what Hyundai has been saying in terms of the luxury on offer, it can go head-to-head with the top luxury cars today. It all looks well set for them; have to wait and watch the response.

I've had 17 cars including 3 Benz and 3 Bimmers. In fact I traded my 325xi 5 speed on my 2010 V6. The reviewer said doesn't compete with German and even some Japanese lux cars. People buy based on value. What they get for their money. The G ride and handling is 95% as good as my MBs and BMWs, at 1/2 the price. That's more value for my money. But when is the AWD coming out?
