Cars.com Reviews the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Wagon
The high-performance Cadillac CTS-V Wagon is virtually in a class of its own — there isn’t a performance station wagon of this caliber in the U.S. Despite the rear hatchback, the CTS-V Wagon still has the chops to give the venerable BMW M3 a run for its money, according to Cars.com senior editor Joe Wiesenfelder. Its blistering speeds are well-controlled by a dynamic chassis and solid bakes. The V-Series designation also gets you more comfortable seat options and a more precise six-speed manual transmission not found on the regular V-6 model.

Per Consumer Reports 2011 Cars Profile notes on the CTS, 'Reliability has been below average for the V6 and above average for the CTS-V.' CR does not otherwise differentiate the sedan, coupe or wagon.
The 2009 CTS-Vs had a lot of airbag, suspension and electrical recalls. I hope they've ironed those problems out on the supposed 2011 "World-Class" $62K car.
