Two Camaro-Based Vehicles To Debut at 2011 Chicago Auto Show?

The 2011 Chicago Auto Show wasn’t predicted to have a lot of head-turning world debuts. Then we heard this juicy tidbit: Two new Camaro-based cars from Chevy will bust out from under veils at the show, according to the Detroit News.

If you’re scratching your head as to what those two models might be, we have two logical guesses. The easiest to predict is some new super-performance Camaro — like a competitor to the Ford Shelby GT500 — which could be called the Camaro Z28.

The other new car could be a civilian version of Chevrolet Caprice police car, which would compete with the Dodge Charger.

We won’t have to wait long to learn the answer. Chevrolet will be one of the first presenters at the show this Wednesday.

Are you sure its 2? Everything I have read elsewhere on the internet says that only one Camaro-based car will be unveiled.
