Imported From Detroit T-Shirts are Pricey

One of the most impressive car commercials from this year’s Super Bowl was Chrysler’s featuring rapper Eminem and the tag line “Imported From Detroit.” Chrysler has been basking in the glow of this advertising success story, but we wonder if the tag line resonated with those outside the auto industry or even outside of Michigan.

That doesn’t seem to matter to Chrysler. It’s already whipped up T-shirts with the tag line and a retro graphic and are selling them online for a whopping $29.95. That’s rock concert pricing, right there.

Oh, and the shirts are made in the USA.

They are trying to make a profit....look at the price of the cars compared to the quality that somes with them. Hell the shirt will fall apart in the wash...wait and see!

After reading all of this article, I am fairly well enhance my skills in bloginnge, for which the author very much.

My brother bought one and it's good quality. His shirt says it was made in India but maybe the logo is applied in the USA giving them the right to say it's Made in USA?

Printed in the USA. Or Made in the USA. There is a difference. 29 bucks? Really. For that price are they giving back to the people that lost their jobs. I don't think anyone in the Michigan will be buying one soon. Hey I like Chrysler, and use to own one. But whoever wrote this article needs to brush up on their research skills and give us more information bang for the buck.

I guess they're needing the extra cash to help pay for their recent salaried employee bonuses that are up to 50%

The new Jay-Z music video has a new Durango in it. Chrysler has been on a marketing campaign lately and I dont know if all this will sell more cars tho.
