2012 Infiniti M35 Hybrid: First Look
Infiniti has confirmed – and provided a few photos (above and below) — that it will debut the company’s first hybrid model at this fall’s Los Angeles Auto Show.
Unfortunately, we don’t have much information on the new M35's hybrid powertrain, but Infiniti does say the hybrid “promises V-8 performance with four-cylinder fuel economy — without compromising driving excitement or trunk space.”
Just looking at the images, there don’t appear to be any cosmetic changes for improved aerodynamics such as different wheels or a redesigned front bumper and grille.
The 2012 Infiniti M Hybrid goes on sale this spring. For now, check out the pictures below and click on them for larger versions.

I think it looks better the way it is. When hybrid cars get designed "aerodynamically" they end up looking very ugly with a tall square back, the typical hybrid look. Don't want to name and any names but it looks atrocious. This car looks normal which I like.
will anyone come out with an AWD hybrid sedan? this one's kinda sexy.
There is an AWD hybrid sedan. The Lexus LS600h is an all wheel drive hybrid. It's pretty expensive but it meets the AWD hybrid sedan criteria.
I think, manufacturers should stop spending money on hybridization of expensive luxury cars. they should hybridize mainstream cars while owners of gas guzzlers should continue pay the tax.
Thanks to cars.com for placing such good quality Infiniti photos. I think I have to wait for too many days to for bringing such super hybrid fabulous model. The M35 Infiniti is looking cool and stylist family car.
This is certainly a new bolder and sharper look of the hybrid version of Infiniti. The design of the body is quite elegant which have a similarity to the Camry and Accord.
This is a strange old vehicle without the call being in style. Other models in the Infiniti line up, with the exception of the FX are pretty conservative, but at least more or less passable. It's really a pudding. And supposed to be kind stateoftheartish hybrid. Afraid you ll have to do much better, Nissan, Infiniti, if you want to be taken seriously in Europe (including Denmark). Guess what it shows is that whatever is in style with the American market in mind, does not translate all that well in Europe, while on the other hand, the Euro-style has a hearing significant in the upscale market in the United States.
