Cars.com Reviews the 2010 Toyota 4Runner
The truck-based SUV has quickly become a shrinking species in our increasingly mileage-conscious world, which makes Cars.com’s Joe Wiesenfelder think of the 2010 Toyota 4Runner as something of a ready-made throwback. Crossovers are king now, and that makes the 4Runner a tougher sell to all but the faithful. Check out Wiesenfelder’s full review to see how the 4Runner manages in this new kind of car market.

Nice to see someone calling the manufacturers out on the ugly silver painted trim that is in nearly every car nowadays.
I'd say the Land Cruiser competes more with the LR4 than the Range Rover Sport.
About the 4 runner, I drove it at the Houston Auto show - I didn't want to like it, but I did, lol. It was quiet and sturdy feeling and it reminds me of a Jeep Wagoneer that upscale women drove in early 90's lifetime moves, lol.

I lived in Houston for a while. I never thought I'd see so many 2wd 4Runners in my life. Such a waste. The 4Runner is purchased for quality image. But, Toyota definitely needs to chill out on its overuse of silver plastic.
Broq,
How would you know what women in 90's Lifetime movies drove? Never mind, don't answer that! :)
Aside from the Tacoma, this is one of the only Toyota products that appeal to me. Looks pretty good in person as well.
A L,
Because I watched them.
