The article on escaping a submerged car incorrectly states that the car's motor must be running for the power windows to go down. That's simply not true. If the engine were to stall during the impact, the windows could still be lowered as long as the ignition was in the run position or mode. I can foresee someone wasting time trying to needlessly restart a stalled car based on that false statement. It needs to be corrected.

Thanks for the link to the submerged car article! There was an episode of Flash Forward where the bus went underwater and it freaked me out - it's good to know that there's a method!
