Two Cars Stolen From Same Couple, Same Week
It was a bad week for a couple in Ypsilanti, Mich., when car thieves managed to steal both of their vehicles in the same week. Although you’re probably going to have less sympathy for them after learning what happened.
While at a gas station on Oct. 8, the husband left his car running with the key — obviously — in the ignition. An interested party swiped the car, which included the man’s keychain. The key to his wife’s car was also on that keychain; sure enough, three days later the wife’s car was stolen out of the couple’s driveway during the night.
Unsurprisingly, the police believe the two thefts are related.
In a bit of good news, the wife’s car was recovered this Tuesday, and a 15-year-old boy found inside it was subsequently arrested. He may have been taking notes from these guys.
Police are still looking for the husband’s vehicle, but we recommend that his wife not allow him to leave her car running at a gas station if he borrows it.

Despite what people may think, we are not totally safe to leave our cars unlocked, let along running and if somebody sees it, say goodbye to your car. They don't even have to be car thiefs, they can be a group of kids looking for a joy ride.
Leason learned here, don't leave your car running, keys inside or even unlocked otherwise bye car and maybe another car or even bye stuff in your house. Unreal.
