Fold-flat seats typically means no spare tire, in which case the stock tires are run-flats and expensive to replace. All-wheel drive versions require replacing all tires if one needs replacement. This should be included in the cost of ownership. One messed-up tire could end up costing you close to $1000.

Fold flat seats could mean the tire is stored underneath, like on most pickup trucks. That is how the spare is stowed on my Grand Caravan.
