2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid Video
A lot of people are impressed with Ford’s midsize hybrid. The Fusion Hybrid has an impressive EPA rating and a federal tax credit that makes it less expensive than the competition from Toyota. But how does the Fusion Hybrid rate for detail-obsessed Cars.com reviewer Kelsey Mays? You can find out by checking out his video review.

Kudos to Kelsey for doing a great job on this video. You guys always find a way to pack in a a lot of useful info into a short time frame. You should teach Edmunds.com how to do videos as theirs leave a lot to be desired.
My brother has this same exact Fusion (color, trim level, etc) and I think it's a great car but the ride is a tad too firm. Other than that Ford has a winner on it's hands. To get my brother to go from an Audi A6 to a Fusion is no easy task.
On a separate note I recently intro'd my wife to MotherProof - what a great site. There are a bazillion video reviews over there.
Is Ford still licensing Toyota's Hybrid technology on the new Fusion?
Look like it is a good car, but my only concern is that it may happen the same that happened to Honda Hybrids... they are good cars, but considering that according to the NY times, the typical hybrid owner is looking the image, more than any other aspect (including fuel savings), it may not be a huge success.

@ Ken: That topic has been beaten to death, brought back from the dead and put to rest.
Ford never has, nor does it currently license Toyota Hybrid Tech. Both companies merely exchanged patents (due to the similarities of both systems).
Google search it.
Mike, stop spreading false information. Toyota formally licensed the use of more than two dozen patented parts of its Hybrid Synergy Drive to Ford. Toyota marketed the first hybrid vehicles in the world(the Prius came out before the Honda Insight in Japan), has sold more hybrids than any other manufacturer and has mentored Ford in its development of its own hybrid system.
I got a regular ford fusion. I think the Fusion is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the car and have been completely satisfied. As for the hybrid, the 'leaves' are kind of cool.
