2010 Toyota Sienna Price Holds Steady at $24,540

2010sienna Toyota’s Sienna minivan has seen little change since getting a powertrain upgrade for 2007, and for 2010 the status-quo remains the same. The 2010 Sienna gets neither updates nor price increases, though we should note that Toyota has a habit of bumping up prices in the middle of the model year.

Prices hold steady at a base MSRP of $24,540, and destination adds another $745.The Sienna tops out at $37,865 for the all-wheel-drive Limited trim.

The Toyota Sienna is more expensive than a Kia Sedona or Dodge Grand Caravan, but starts for less than a Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town & Country or Nissan Quest. The new model will arrive at dealers later this month.

Given the interest (or lack thereof) for minivans these days coupled with the fact of where Toyota is financially. Toyota probably saw the need to stand pat with their mini-van. Probablt not a bad move but on the other hand the current van is getting a little long in the tooth. Recently a friend let me use his 09 Sienna for the weekend. I got to tell you as is this current van rides as smooth as can be and is no bad on fuel either. IF I were to get a van this would be the one.

@Al G.: there's a redesign coming soon, supposed to be bigger on the inside

Al G.

@starlightmica: Thanks for the info. I didn't know that. Sure enough I googled it and for 2011 there will be new slightly revised minivan on the Camry, Prius, RAV4, Venza and Highlander "MC" platform. Thus is a good reason why the van remains unchanged in style and price for 2010.

YOING

The Siennas saving grace is the exclusive availability of AWD. It also drives and rides as nice as a Lexus.

Al G.

@YOING: I agree with you on the Lexus like ride and AWD. I hope the new Sienna is as good or even better than the current one. Hopefully the new will have less confussing auto opening sliding doors. The ones on my friends van at times seemed to have a mind of their own.

Tony

The Sienna has its shortcomings but still, it is the bast minivan on the American road today

My 02 has 170K miles and has never had a problem. Probably the best vehicle I have ever owned in the 30+ years I've been driving. Too bad we don't really need a van anymore or we'd trade it in for a new one. Will likely get a Highlander or a Venza.

If somebody REALLY can get this price, please call me.

lol, 'cause you know all the dealers only keep the fully loaded ones for $35k+, or add obscure packages you know you don't need.

Check out Rental Companies Car Sales, saw Sienna being a rental. Find a slightly used base one and take the premium out of the picture.

Tony

ziggy,

we're not talking 02 model here. You need to have minimum 04 to complain about your old Sienna :o)

Peter,

for $24,500 you can get LE with some additional packages. In any case you wouldn't want to drive a plain CE with no privacy glass, rear disk brakes, etc. Siennas are selling at BIG discounts now. You could expect $4000 off MSRP

needed to replace my 98 Sienna and wanted to move away from a minivan. Looked at the Pilot and the Flex which both have some room in their third rows. In the end we went back to the sienna, buying a 2010. It gives us plenty of room for our growing boys and is about 3-5K less than the oddesy, pilot and flex. my wife could not get over the flex's look. I liked it and if we could have waited, it was starting to grow on her,but circumstances dictated a quick decision and back to toyota we went.
