GMC's upscale Denali trim line will become available for the Yukon Hybrid for the 2009 model year this May. The Yukon Denali Hybrid receives modest enhancements to its exterior, including new 22-inch chrome wheels and a more luxurious cabin. It features the same gas/electric powertrain as the regular Yukon Hybrid, and it gets the same EPA-estimated 21/22 mpg city/highway in rear-wheel-drive form.
The Yukon Denali Hybrid has seating for eight people in three rows. Standard features include heated and cooled leather front seats, heated second-row seats, a navigation system with a backup camera, and a Bose audio system. The SUV also features the MagnaRide adaptive suspension system.
The Yukon Denali Hybrid's extra features come with a sizable price increase compared to the Yukon Hybrid, but if you're looking for a little extra luxury and can't stomach the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid's starting price of $73,135, the Denali might look like a happy medium.

4 Speed Auto?
2009?
Yeah, I was wondering about that too.
From GM Media:
"The key to GM’s all-new EVT is its unique assemblage of two 60 kW electric motors, three planetary gearsets and four traditional hydraulic wet clutches. This arrangement allows continuously variable operation, as well as providing four fixed gear ratios (with operation comparable to that of a standard electronically controlled automatic transmission)."
Is there really that "big" of a market for these?
I'd love to run my key up the side of one of these. I've already done two or three dozen Suburban's and Tahoe's in the past few years. If I don't see a trailer hitch then you get engraved - free of charge. Somebody has got to teach you a lesson.

Cheers,
Is keith one of those eco warriors that burns Hummers and large homes? Wow.
GM makes there because they can say they make "eco-friendly" vehicles!
I'm not an environmentalist by any stretch of the imagination but I have taken my key to dozens of SUV's over the years. I agree with Keith in that if it has a tow hitch I won't key it...unless it's parked well over the parking space lines.
Keith should have his face keyed...jealous bastard!!!
I would love to catch Keith or Stephen keying my Denali..... I would lop off one of their middle fingers and shove it down their envious cowardly face! Who put you in charge of "teaching a lesson" to someone who owns a large suv?? Did it ever occur to you that some large families NEED a big SUV??? Now get off your computer and back on your moped you scum$#%$#@!
Tdubb- What the hell would he be jealous of?
