Dodge Offers AARP Members Exclusive Discount

It’s too bad the election is over, because there is such a good John McCain joke in here somewhere.

Dodge recently announced it will offer AARP members employee pricing on the purchase or lease of any of its vehicles except the Sprinter, Challenger and Viper SRT10 ACR.

The offer lasts until Jan. 2, and all you need to do to qualify is be a member of AARP with a valid membership card. While that card only costs $12.50 per year (and nets you all kinds of awesome discounts at movie theaters and Bob Evans restaurants), to qualify for the incentive you must also pay a "program fee" of $200.

Also, if you go with employee pricing you can't benefit from any other national incentives on the cars.

To use the phrase "...there is such a good John McCain joke in here somewhere", shows Markley's outright political bias. Ironically Markley didn't use Senator Biden's name even though he easily qualifies for AARP status. Markley at best you are a sad excuse for a writer but certainly will never be mistaken for a journalist.

I'm confident that the person I voted for and supported (BO) for these past two years would feel the same.

2. I have to pay $200 to get the discount?

3. And I can't get the standard discount that everyone gets!

4. And worst of all, it has to be a Dodge. Who buys Dodge's anyway? Do you know anyone with a Dodge? Are they still in business?

So Dodge, don't do me any favors, which you haven't!
