Obama Advertises in Racing Game

Obamaad

Sen. Barack Obama has pulled ahead of John McCain in the polls, but that hasn't stopped him from blanket advertising, even in video games like "Burnout Paradise" for Xbox 360.

This makes sense: While racing exotic cars through fictitious cities, one often stops to contemplate the benefits of more fuel-efficient illegal street-racing vehicles, and is thus spurred to vote early, as the Obama ad recommends.

The only real effect I can see from Obama's video-game advertising is that it has opened up the blogosphere to countless McCain-advertises-on-old-toys jokes (Monopoly, yo-yos and Pong are among the favorites).

"Vote for change." Change is stressful.

I'm still undecided but what burns me about Obama is he talked a lot about cleaning up DC but when it came to accepting public financing he rejected it. I think he may be just like all the other liars. Term limits is the only thing that will fix DC.
