Through Ian's Lens: 2008 Lexus LS600hL

Tills460

What can be said about the most expensive hybrid on the market today? The 2008 Lexus LS600hL is a luxury hybrid that let’s people know that you have $105,000 to spend on a environmentally responsible car.

I personally could care less about how the electric motor works in synergy with the gasoline-powered V-8 because the most striking thing about this extended LS model is its cavernous and ultra-luxurious interior. The seats and dashboard are covered in a supple leather that is finely stitched together with precision. Tasteful uses of wood, metal and metallic-colored plastic can be found on the dash and the backseat’s armrest. And did I mention that this car parks itself?

Tell me what you think of the photos in the comments section. A full set of photos is below.

"Guys...If only GM could come close to the quality of this car."???
For $105,000 you bet they could! ZR1 anybody??
Heck, you could probably fly the blokes who tried to build Deloreans out of Ireland to the bombed out Yugo factory in Eastern Europe, and for $105,000 come up with a quality car.

Lexus spells quality and you only get what you pay for in this world

btw, what camera is that?

KVS,
The camera is a Canon 5D and the lens is a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM. Thanks for looking!

What's the deal with the center armrest in the back? Is that an A/C control panel?
