OK, based on this picture, not even we really know what's going on this week on CarsCast. What we can tell you, however, is that while its shoddy production value and bizarre asides may make little sense, CarsCast brings some important automotive news to your computer this week. Lindsay and Stephen tackle the fallout from Hurricane Ike, the possibility of new regulations for teen drivers, the country's largest Hummer dealership closing its doors and the production version of GM's long-awaited Chevy Volt.
