Car Microwave on the Way

micro

Yes, we can think of all sorts of great advantages to an in-car microwave, which you can now buy from a U.K. manufacturer for $167. First and foremost, all that delicious frozen food available in large gas station freezers will no longer be subject to that long, agonizing ride home.

Because the gadget connects directly to the battery, make sure your engine is running when you use the microwave or you'll be facing a dead car. You also have the option of plugging it in via a 12-volt socket, but expect to wait 6 minutes before even a cup of coffee warms up (does that mean half an hour for my burrito?).

For naysayers, though, we're guessing that even the LED touch-screen won't be enough to convince them they need to microwave while driving.

The fat get fatter.

With the stringent laws on using your mobile in the car while driving will it become illegal to prepare your breakfast while driving to the office in the morning? I'm sure the do gooders will cook up some excuse to screw the motorist via fines

PS

If there was an accident wouldn't there be radiation problems of some sort?

Car microwave is a nice concept.
