Ford Delays 2009 F-150 Launch

From PickupTrucks.com: Amid rapidly declining demand for full-size pickups, Ford Motor Company has announced it will delay the on-sale-date of the 2009 Ford F-150 by two months to the fourth quarter of 2008. The late launch will also help Ford dealers sell down inventories of the current F-150 before the new model arrives.

Unless they got huge rebate on the current model, or else, the buyers who wants the truck can definitely wait for just 2 months for a newer model.

This is strange. I live in kansas city and i see the 2009 ford f-150 everywhere. It looks like its already on sale here.

Not much left here in LA. Only the big loaded guzzlers that are over $40k.
