I don't anyone should be blame yet, this all could be avoided with proper parenting or giving guides or advises to teens like me. I mean, I am a teenager and somehow my folks were able to discuss and let me understand certain responsibilities of driving.

I agree. Good driving behavior in teens starts way before they get their permit, don't you think?
