Video: 2009 Corvette ZR1

Can’t stand waiting until summer to drive one of the limited-edition Corvette ZR1s with 620 hp? No, neither can we. That’s why we took some footage provided from the kind folks at GM and put it on YouTube for all to enjoy.

3.7s?

Then how come the GT-R get there in 3.5s with at least 100hp less than this?

LK

Cuz GM doesn't know how to engineer and Nissan does.

GT-R has AWD. I would think the 3.7 number may change too...

What's the fuel economy of this beast?

Dave,
That's why it is kind of pointless to make so much power, but not be able to put them all on the road by making it a FR.
That reminds me, this thing is using a real manual tranny, right?

I would have to think that J's question was rhetorical. And, I would be willing to bet my last bottle of Bass that everyone else figured it was too. But, thanks for your clever insight, LK. It's posts like yours that I enjoy reading the most. Maybe you add some more of your clever insight to this and future articles. Or, you could just do us all a favor and take a sledgehammer to your computer.

J

Bowrider,
Could you be a bit more specific as of what you think is rhetorical?
