Excellent information! Be sure to always, ALWAYS do a walk around with your rental agent...even if he/she insists the vehicle is "fine". MAKE THEM go outside and check the car and give you something in writing that will verify the vehilce is fine BEFORE it leaves the lot. Great Artical!
