I'm looking forward to the release of the Caliber SRT-4, that should liven up the "fast on the cheap" articles a bit.
I'm curious why the 2007 subaru impreza WRX TR wasn't included. 2008 is indeed a new design, but 2007 WRX TR can match (or even exceed) the performance numbers of these cars for a very close price.
ken, the WRX is probably considered a different class because of the AWD. Might even be more heavy.
I don't know what's so special about the TR package though, seems to be an option delete package. (Isn't the stereo not included in that?)
But I will agree for the same price as these cars you can get a well equipped AWD WRX in it's last (and best looking) year on the current platform.
Too bad I had to be the one to buy a 1st year frog eyed wagon. :(

I'm wondering why the 2007 subaru impreza WRX TR wasn't included. 2008 is indeed a new plan, but 2007 WRX TR can contend (or steady top) the show lottery of these cars for a very nestled value.

Concerning "Racer" itself, the live-action movie stars Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, Matthew Fox and Susan Sarandon. It follows the story of the titular character, Speed, who is born to race cars. Trying to save his family business from the pressure lays out by Royalton Industries' owner, he then teams up with his former-rival Racer X to make his Mach 5 the first car to cross the "The Crucible" finish line. "Racer" will bow in theaters on May 9, 2008. In the meantime, seven new clips of it can be seen in Collider.com.
