Live From New York: Day 2

Well, the roaming and blogging that took place yesterday seemed to be a hit, even though we didn’t get a ton of comments. Today, I’ll be back on the floor with my trusty Samsung Blackjack (not a paid-for endorsement) and don’t have any direction.

The new Impreza is awful. Even if the previous gen wasn't all that great looking, at least it had an edge. With such a huge performance oriented following, why would they apply Jelly-bean styling to the new model? They could have done so many things with the new hatchback style, and I was actually very excited about the early artist renderings of what the new model *should* have looked like. Bad form, Subaru.

Thanks for the Impreza pictures. It actually looks better than what's been posted so far ahead of the show, especially the front. Still not that exciting, looking more like the mainstream small cars, which is quite disappointing. The customer mix is bound to change. Is there an Impreza Outback Sport on the floor? Will they even continue that model in 2008? The Subaru site won't load for me today...

hey guys. I'm going out one more time. I have to post some more SX4 shots then I'll head back out. things are winding down so get your requests in. Sorry bowrider we're not that kind of blog. we also just posted a longer story on the Impreza interior. with better quality shots. but I really like the front of the WRX.
I'll check out the saab displa but I think all they have is a Biopower concept.

Did you ask the Toyota reps when the new 07 Tundra based Sequoia will be out? Also, will there be a Lexus version this time around? Can you imagine a Lexus based on the new Tundra?
