As a very happy owner of a 328 I can say that it's the best car I have ever owned but not perfect. As the review states the interior does feel on the cramped side especially when compared to the Infiniti and Lexus. We picked-up the Gx for my wife and the car is more comfortable but not enough to get me out of my car. My boss has the Lexus ES and I think it's interior is nicer than the 328 but not by a lot. My major issue with my 328 is not with the car but with the dealers. I had to try three dealers before finding a good one. From what I've heard and my wife has experienced Lexus and Infiniti dealership customer service does not seem to be an issue. Perhaps BMW is having issues adjusting from not owning this segment outright like they used too. My gripe with the dealers is they act as if I don't have a choice. That attitude I can do without.

the 3 series has always been cramped inside especially when compared to the Infiniti and Lexus.
