2007 Detroit Auto Show: More on the Nissan Rogue
There isn’t much new to report on Nissan’s CR-V fighter, other than the dozen new photos below, but those are nothing to sneeze at. Most important here is the look at the interior. Like in the recently redesigned Sentra, Nissan has really stepped up its interior quality and design with the Rogue. We’re looking forward to seeing it in person next week.

this car looks like a previous generation CR-V fighter. Nissan should really think of creating a more recent looking exterior. The interior somehow reminds me of the interior in the Cobalt, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
This car really took me by surprise, Nissan lately hasn't been designing vehicles that look this modest.
While the looks overall may be more on the safe side for the Rogue the new Sentra's interior quality (which should translate here) is a tremendous step-up for the company and I would put on par with Toyota RAV4 and Close to the CR-V. I think in this segment you can go practical and offer a better price (the CR-V is pricey) and do quite well.
I like the looks of the interior. It looks drver friendly with just the right number of creature comforts.
The outdated, dollar store looking, cost cutter red seat fabric however, reminds me of a 1980's Ford LTD. An eyesore to an otherwise well thought out interior.
Is it just me that sees an Equinox interior here?
Cute mini-Murano looks. Is this thing only going to have a CVT?
AWESOME EXTERIOR.BUT MULTICOLORED SEATS ARE LOOK LIKE SOMETHING AWFUL.
Looks good except for the 2-tone seat colors...yelk! Hope the seats come in one color.
Not that long ago Nissan was headed for trouble. Their long march back from the brink just took a couple steps backward with this one.
I think the two-tone seats are about the nicest thing on the inside.
I wish they'd give it leather seats and come up with the specs already.
