2007 Chicago Auto Show: 2008 Nissan Armada
For 2008, Nissan decided to keep things simple, giving a uniformed look to the Titan, Pathfinder and Armada — at least around the front. Otherwise, the new Armada’s massive bulk gets little nipped and tucked besides some new light treatments and a rear-end adjustment.
There are several new interior features, including a much improved center stack, power-folding third-row seats, an optional heated steering wheel, an intelligent key system, a hard-drive-based entertainment system, Bluetooth hands-free calling and a DVD navigation system with live traffic updates. There’s no word on when the 2008 Armada will become available, but check back next week when our full coverage of the Chicago Auto Show gets into gear.

it's improved but still not better than the Tahoe.

I personally like the 03-07 Armada’s “get the f*ck out of my way” look with the big chrome grill and bumper. This new design is too conservative. Any word on the redesigned Infinity QX56?

What's the MPG of this monster?

I really agree with Ken. I don't like how a lot of cars are adding too much chrome and advertising the shiny additions as a selling point, but the Armada definitely looks a little naked in the front minus its old chrome.
The console and interior overall look a little better, but the hazard light button on the new one is too far to the right.

The new Armada Is hideous! I hate it! I would take an 07 Surburban or Tahoe anyday! The guys at Nissan must have been drunk when they designed the Armada.

GLAD TO SEE THEY HAVE FINALY DUMPED THE TERRIBLE HEAT/AC CONTROLS. I AM ON THE BACK END OF MY 2ND AMADA [BOTH 2 YR LEASES] I LOVED THE TRUCK, BUT HATED THE CONTROLS. I CAN'T BELIEVE THET PUT THAT SAME SYSTEM IN THE INFINITY. I WAS GOING TO LEASE A DENALI, BUT NOW WILL WAIT FOR THE 08.

I Love it, though i still prefer the 07 aramada above the 08... none the less all other SUV's. I feel it is the smoothest to drive and its overall apperance inside and out can easily beat the Tahoe and Sequia

well the armada LE was pretty nice, but the escalade esv is bigger, more powerful, and more luxurious. i think the escalade was a decent amount of money more than the armada but its worth it =]
